My name is Heather Auxt-Snelson and I have over 15 years of experience in the fields of psychology and counseling and over 20 years of experience as a Reiki practitioner. I have developed a unique approach to Spiritual Life Coaching that combines Reiki with evidence-based practices and a client-centered focus. I am passionate about helping my clients to remember their personal power, release unhealthy patterns and beliefs, and connect with the Divine. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I am a certified Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Master/Teacher, and outpatient mental health therapist.

My approach is centered around helping my clients to see their gifts, transcend their limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, and traumas. I will also help to cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes. I believe that everyone can connect with their own inner light and spiritual gifts, no matter how "lost" they feel on their journey. I love helping my clients remember that they are divine souls with unlimited potential!
