Hello beautiful one! Thank you for visiting my page! My name is Heather Auxt-Snelson and I have over 15 years of experience in the fields of psychology and counseling and over 20 years of experience as a Reiki practitioner. I have developed a unique approach to Spiritual Life Coaching that combines Reiki with evidence-based practices and a client-centered focus. I am passionate about helping my clients to remember their personal power, release unhealthy patterns and beliefs, and connect with the Divine. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I am a certified Professional and Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Master/Teacher, and outpatient mental health therapist.

I believe that every individual is able to live an authentic and fulfilling life, and heal from the unhelpful patterns residing in their body, nervous system, and thought patterns. My approach is centered around helping my clients to see their gifts, as well as transcend their limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, and traumas, and also learn emotion regulation skills. I will help to cultivate self-awareness, identify values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I also specialize in anxiety and stress management, mindset, and trauma-informed care. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes. I believe that everyone can heal, connect with their own inner light, and achieve their goals, no matter how "lost" they feel on their journey. I love helping my clients remember that they are divine souls with unlimited potential!
